So, so nice and peaceful. Everything is clean and newly renovated. Loved it! Will recommend to all friends and will stay here again! Great breakfast with fresh fruit, eggs, and homemade banana bread. These thoughtful touches make this a place to stay.
Hale 'Ohu went through extensive renovations earlier this year, and the room definitely shows it: clean, modern & cozy. The bathroom is perfectly spot clean, and the room has everything you need: USB charger outlets for phones, a little breakfast nook with a coffee maker and electric kettle, a table indoors, and a little lanai with a couple of chairs so you can enjoy breakfast outside as well. The landscape is beautiful, the location is perfect, and the warm, personal hospitality Nicole provided made this place a highlight on our Big Island adventure!
This beautiful rainforest getaway was absolutely perfect for our visit to Hawaii Volcanoes National Park! Located just 5 minutes from the park entrance, it was a very convenient location. Included with our stay was a homemade breakfast prepared and left in our fridge the afternoon before, so we could enjoy it whenever we wanted the next morning. And, it was delicious! Our first morning we had Hawaiian banana bread, hard boiled eggs, and a beautiful array of tropical fruit: papaya, pineapple and kiwi. The second morning we had homemade Greek yogurt (amazing!) with granola & honey, and coconut pineapple bread
This was a beautiful hidden get away. There's a garden with a hammock perfect for Star gazing and a rain forest walk on the property. When we arrived there was a mango coconut bread and I let the others know coconut makes me sick and if possible to avoid it in the future. We went on the jungle walk and they already replaced the bread with passion fruit bread instead! Highly impressed with the service and quality of everything here.
Newly-opened bed and breakfast in a peaceful garden setting. Helpful and friendly staff. Very comfortable bed and rooms. Delicious food. It felt like I may have been the first one to stay there. Don't let the lack of reviews deter you!
Charming bed and breakfast with its own rainforest hike. Recommended to anyone looking for a place to stay while visiting Volcano. Tropical breakfast ready in the fridge was a nice touch as you can eat on your own schedule. Rooms are super clean and sheets are silly soft, which is great after a long day inside the park.
