I don't know about the physical location, but they don't do anything at all with their website, so I'd recommend not buying anything from them online.. I ordered something a long time ago, and it never shipped. I tried to contact them a few times at different addresses/numbers, and got nothing.. I wasn't charged for it because they didn't touch it, but as far as I know I have this pending order looming that still bothers me..
Divine chocolates and cookies. A must stop when traveling on Hwy 11 in Volcano area. Easy access from hwy at Lanihuli - quaint store and B generous with tasting samples. Delicious!!
I tried to order online and 12 days later, still no response. I called to inquire about my order and the lady was rude. She actually said she may or may not go to the store, but when she gets around to it, she'll call me back. I never heard from her again. I tried to call again today, no one answers. I send another email a few days ago, no answer.
